Happy Valentine's Day!!
From our Monkey House.

Silly Faces........

We decided to paint a few hearts for Valentine's Day and this was the result..
The bath water looked like the Ohio River.

Emma's idea of painting, not on the paper....

Taylor usually stays cleaner..
Emma is dirtier then this after dinner..

CABIN FEVER!! Yes this is up in our living room!! They went to bed early this night. We will be having more indoor gym activities soon:)

Ma Ma and Pa Pa Decker sent robes. Emma and Taylor think they are big like mom. They say they are taking a "shower"...

Soccer!!! Our newest hobby.. We found a 3 year old soccer program. More like a clinic but they love it and will be going every Monday evening.
This is their pre practice stretch!!
I think this is called a Hand Ball???

HHMMM.... This isn't a 2 for 1 special buddy!! Ha Ha. Very Cute...

We are Potty Trained!!! When we got home from Christmas we finally broke down and did it. Emma and Taylor were introduced to "Big Girl Panties" and never went back. After a few days of making "messes" they got it and have only had a couple overnight accidents since. I of course put pull ups on them at night and if we are going to be gone a while. I still can't believe they have done so well.
They are very proud of themselves and we are never aloud to flush until the other one comes and looks!! I am sure they will appreciate me putting this picture up!

We have decided to give this Blog thing a try. Some of our military friends do this and it is a great way to keep up on everyone from across the miles. Enjoy our updates and pictures. Feel free to comment or reply so I know someone is looking at this!!
One more thing, I am still learning so this first blog is a little out of order. Read from the bottom up, it may make more sense this first time.
Despite the small amount of snow, they had a great time slopping in the slush.

We only have sand toys!

snow

IT's Snowing!!! Well not really but good enough for NC...

We got ready in record time and made it out the door to find it raining.

Them boys...
Us girls..

We went to Brian's Military Formal in Dec on Ft Bragg and had a rare night out...

Emma and Taylor with my Grandpa.....

Taylor was more the typical child who tears off the paper and then ready for the next one. She often said "What else"..

Beer??

Our friends Jen and Phillip wrapped the girls gift in a Coors Light box. Emma opened it and said, "Look Daddy, I got Beer" Of course we got it on video for future enjoyment...

Drama Queen

Emma was a little dramatic with the big boxes. She hugged every one of them and said"This is Great" "This is my Favorite"

Santa did come and Emma and Taylor were speachless!! They were afraid to touch anything. We had to encourage them to get started..

This year Christmas was fun because Santa really existed. Emma and Taylor weren't real sure about sitting on his lap again this year but welcomed him into our home to drop off a few gifts. We went to Church Sat night and left the cookies and milk out just in case it was the night. We of course had to do this the the weekend before Christmas because of traveling. It may be the last year we can pull that off. They were very serious about the milk and cookie thing.
